Shipping, Returns & Replacements

 

National Marker Company (NMC) manufacturers thousands of products that ship the same day that you place your order (time of day dependent). NMC’s standard shipping service is UPS Ground. If you need it in a hurry, NMC also offers UPS Early AM, Overnight, UPS 2-day, UPS 3-Day, FedEx Standard, FedEx Priority and USPS. If you prefer another carrier (or service level), we would be happy to ship on your account.

Due to weight and size restrictions, some NMC products must be shipped by truck (LTL). Shipping and handling charges for truck shipments will be prepaid and added to your invoice and will not appear in your shopping cart or on order confirmation placed through traditional methods.

If you would like to use your own shipping account to pay for your shipping charges, we are happy to accommodate those requests. Please provide your shipping account number on your Purchase Order, or in your shopping cart on NationalMarker.com.

Some product exclusions apply! Your order may qualify for free shipping when order value exceeds $750 (distributor cost). Not all products qualify for free shipping due to size, weight or special handling. A list of those products is provided here and is updated as necessary.

Free shipping is only eligible on products that can ship standard UPS, FedEx or USPS.  NMC will choose the appropriate carrier.  Any product that requires truck (LTL - Less than Truckload) shipment is not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order value. Free shipping is only eligible within the continental United States. HI, AK, GU and PR are not eligible.

Time of delivery of ground shipping 1-6 days depending on your location. Products ship FOB North Smithfield, RI. NMC has the right to change or eliminate this free shipping policy at any time.

Return Policy

You may return or exchange any stock item in original (saleable) condition within 30 days. Stock products can be returned within 30 days of ship date with a 25% restocking fee. We are unable to accept returns on customized products and special orders since they are created to your specific needs.

Replacements

Materials furnished, which are proven to be defective or do not meet an agreed upon specification or match the proof within standard manufacturing tolerances, may be replaced at the option of NMC. All claims for shortages or defective materials must be made in writing within ten days after receipt of goods. NMC will not be responsible for cost of labor or charges of any kind incurred outside of our shop, transportation costs, or other losses resulting from such parts.
