NMC Free Shipping Program Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Q. Who is eligible for this program?

A. Approved National Marker Company distributor partners with accounts in good credit standing.  

 

Q. What dollar amount qualifies me for free shipping?

A. Orders that meet or exceed $750 (distributor cost) of qualified items will be shipped “best way” (at our discretion) which typically means UPS ground service within the contiguous United States. If there are items that are not eligible on the same order, you will only pay to ship those items.

 

Q. What NMC product is eligible? Are there exclusions?

A. About 95% of ALL NMC products qualify! But like most things there are some catches, please reference the product exclusion list accessible through the link below. Items are excluded for a variety of reasons, most notably because they must ship via truck (LTL - Less than Truckload).

This exclusion list is updated regularly. NMC will also notate on quotes and order confirmations any product that is excluded from this program.


Q. What states are eligible to participate?

A. All 48 contiguous states! Unfortunately, AK, HI and U.S. territories such at PR and GU are not eligible for this program.

 

Q. How long does “Free Shipping” transit take?

1. As noted, these orders will ship “best way” – typically via UPS ground service. Time of delivery for ground shipping typically runs 1-6 days depending on your location. Products ship FOB North Smithfield, RI.

Q. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

A. Yes, size permitting. If size requirements are met, your order(s) will be shipped via USPS. NMC cannot provide detailed tracking or shipment delivery confirmations on these orders.


Q. When does this program end?

A. The short answer? Never. This NMC program is not a promotion however we do reserve the right to modify it at any time, and without notice.


Q. Remind me again, do truck (LTL – Less than Truckload) shipments qualify?

A. No. This offer is not valid on products that cannot be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Items requiring truck (LTL) delivery due to size, DOT, special handling, or weight shipping restrictions do not qualify for the $750 free shipping program - regardless of order value.


Q. What if I request that you "ship and back-order" items on my order?

A. Split shipments will not occur by default, however if this request is made your initial order will ship free - additional items requiring a second shipment will have shipping charges added to the invoice.
